Facilities request form

To hold a class, fellowship, or other event the facility request form should be completed and submitted to the church office to avoid conflicts and ensure the room(s) preparation. Weddings are for church members, contact the church office for application.


Facility requests will be reviewed for calendar availability and once approved will be placed on the church facility calendar and promoted as requested.
