This leadership training is a three-year cyclical study that is available to all the men of our church.  We’re serious about being conformed to the image of Christ, and these studies compel our men to think deeply about truth, strengthen each other’s faith, build unshakable convictions, serve the church more faithfully, and love Christ with greater humility.  During this time our men are taught various areas of practical theology and the spiritual shepherding of God's people. Over the course of two years, we cover biblical leadership, body life, church discipline, men's and women's roles in ministry and family, character development, discipleship, conflict resolution, church history, preparing Bible lessons, basic Christian doctrine, and contemporary issues related to the gospel and culture.
